3 Post Workout Recovery Tips

Warm down: focus on slow stretching of the muscle you have just worked for 5 minutes after your workout.

Supplement: Drink a protein shake or a weight gainer with protein and carbohydrates to help your muscles recover and grow after your workout

Ice bath: well, may be not but try and have a shower where you alternate between hot and cold, this will get your blood flowing the your extremities and benefit your nutrient deposition rates.
